Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial details has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 0-two years of background in the field or in a related area. Applies financial management tools and skills to analyze current financial performance and planning/forecasting of future financial performance related to site support activities. Routinely communicates goals, status and projected performance to support department personnel, department heads and managers. Assist in ensuring that a financial perspective is brought to daily operations, proper accounting classification and treatment is followed, and compliance with all business unit/managerial policies and controls, including GAAP. Assist in preparing various reports used to communicate financial performance to corporate/site management teams. Reports include contracted services tracking, overtime performance tracking and other reports as deemed necessary. Assists in coordinating the budget phase of business planning, monthly forecasting and periodic financial status reviews.
